RIYADH: Hanan Al-Ahmadi, assistant speaker of the Saudi Shoura Council, emphasized the positive impact of the Kingdom鈥檚 reform agenda in a meeting with Sidsel Bleken, the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs鈥� ambassador for women鈥檚 rights, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
Al-Ahmadi, who provided an overview of the council鈥檚 legislative and oversight functions to the visiting diplomat, lauded the achievements of Saudi women across various sectors in the Kingdom.
